We operate two pension schemes at AFG and all new staff will be automatically enrolled into one of the schemes depending on their job role. For more information on the scheme please contact our Payroll Team who will be able to advise all employees about what scheme they will be enrolled on to, contributions payable and how they can opt out.

Sick Pay after 1 years service
Support Workers who complete 1 years service at Alternative Futures Group will be entitled to 5 weeks full pay and 5 weeks half pay
Credit Where Credit’s Due
This is an AFG initiative that allows managers to reward individuals or teams for a special effort; going above and beyond what is expected; or doing a particularly excellent piece of work.
Staff receive vouchers that they can spend in a wide range of high-street stores and we encourage teams to share the good news and tell others about these great success stories.

In recognition of this, we are pleased to offer a range of services and benefits to raise awareness of financial health, effective money management, budgeting and top-tips for making the most of your money.
Buy or Sell Annual Leave
We offer a generous annual leave entitlement.
In addition, we are pleased to offer a scheme where eligible staff may buy up to an additional weeks’ holiday (repaying the cost over a period of twelve months), or to sell part of their non-statutory holiday entitlement in the next holiday year (receiving payment in April of that year).
