Jane Macdonald started her career as a registered nurse moving into senior leadership roles locally and nationally, with interests in user experience, safety and Quality Improvement.
She is currently Acting Group Director for Learning & Development in an organisation with over 20,000 staff and has extensive experience in the NHS.
Jane joined the Board of Trustees in 2018.
